  • Provide all-round secretarial support and assistance to the Head of HR Management Group
  • Back-up to secretarial duties to Management Office
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by supervisor in HR Management Group
Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years of related working experience in banking / finance industry will be an advantage
  • Understand local labour regulations and employment ordinance.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Outlook
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
