- Provide all-round secretarial support and assistance to the Head of HR Management Group
- Back-up to secretarial duties to Management Office
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by supervisor in HR Management Group
- Degree holder
- Minimum 8 years of related working experience in banking / finance industry will be an advantage
- Understand local labour regulations and employment ordinance.
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Outlook
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
