- Assist in customer satisfaction programs, such as conducting interviews and preparing videos for outstanding customer service stories.
- Assist in promoting service excellence programs and change messages by organizing employee communication sessions and preparing digital communications of e-posters and videos.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities. Solicit employee feedbacks and translate into improvement actions.
- Assist in service operational improvements projects through conducting survey and data analysis for identifying improvement needs and formulating solutions.
- Undergraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related discipline
- Highly motivated, agile, and proactive with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Digital savvy. Knowledge in design software and video editing skills an absolute advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
