Assist in customer satisfaction programs, such as conducting interviews and preparing videos for outstanding customer service stories.
Assist in promoting service excellence programs and change messages by organizing employee communication sessions and preparing digital communications of e-posters and videos.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities. Solicit employee feedbacks and translate into improvement actions.
Assist in service operational improvements projects through conducting survey and data analysis for identifying improvement needs and formulating solutions.

Requirements:

Undergraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related discipline
Highly motivated, agile, and proactive with strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Digital savvy. Knowledge in design software and video editing skills an absolute advantage.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
