  • Prepares design documents for project related work in accordance with design standards. Requires minimal supervision with developing documents for project design
  • Perform field reviews of designs by others, collect field data and accurately record findings as they apply to project design documents
  • Effective communication with Clients, staff, authorities and related external design team members
  • Provides design review for project actively engaged in for quality control purposes
  • Prepare clear and concise technical papers, documents, specifications and design reports, based on concept design prepared by others
  • Demonstrates technical expertise to prospective clients as part of qualifications process or project interviews
  • Conduct construction administration works including submittals review, inspection and monitoring of site works as required
  • Hungry and eager to learn – the company will provide guidance and mentoring. Should the candidate be identified as a potential future leader, a fast-tracked career development path will be provided
Requirement
  • Degree in Mechanical or related disciplines
  • Candidates with 1-3 years experience will be preferred. However, fresh graduates and internship would be considered
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with Clients, external and internal design team members, as well as reviewing authorities
  • Able to coordinate and work with sub-consultants and project team members. BIM knowledge would be an added advantage
  • Has technical expertise in one or more areas of discipline and is able to effectively demonstrate expertise
  • Able to understand project documents, specifications, drawings and design reports
  • Basic understanding of technical requirements for all disciplines, even though trained in one specific area
  • Experience in managing E&M for government projects
  • Familiar with design guidelines, standards, safety and certification requirements, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to relevant authorities.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
