To cope with our business growth, we invite applications for:Senior IT Officer - IT Infrastructure (Five day work week) (Ref: RE/SITOITI)Responsibilities

Responsible for overall IT infrastructure support, security, and services including design, configuration, implementation, operation, and maintenance
Design and implement IT infrastructure projects, security, and network contingency plan; and perform DR drills.
Prepare technical specification, evaluation, and implementation for new or upgraded projects
Administration of routers, firewalls, switches, security gateways, servers, and monitoring systems
Manage IT infrastructure facilities and related services with vendors (e.g., data center providers, telecommunication companies, IT hardware providers, etc.) and software licenses
Protecting data, software, and hardware by implementing data security measurements
Plan, coordinate and conduct IT network and security audits, regular risk assessments, and recommend improvement solutions
Response to critical technical incidents and handle urgent business requests and deployment duties in non-office hours

Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
5+ years of IT Infrastructure and operations experience
At least 5 years of implementation and administration experience in Windows system, HCI, VMware, SAN Storage, NAS, Firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wireless, Active Directory, Email system
Experience in deploying, managing, and supporting MS Windows Servers, Azure, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Exchange Online and O365
Hands-on experience on Single Sign On related technology such as SAML, ADFS, and OAUTH
Good knowledge in deploying, and managing Website/Web Applications with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Python) stack, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Good project management skills with certification in Scrum, PMP, ITIL, and/or CCNP/CCIE are preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a strong sense of job ownership
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
