- To perform administration duties to all business units of Property Services.
- Perform general administrative works for all business units of Property Services
- Assist in implementing administrative and HR policies and procedures, such as preparation of offer letter, reference letters and other staff related letters / documents.
- Assist in arranging staff recruitment, interviews and related issued.
- Preform checking related to licensing issues, e.g. company license and maintain the log of staff personal and license records.
- Assist in organizing activities and functions.
- Assist in implementing training and development plans, coordinating and delivering training programs.
- Preform document control and handle filing system on Document Management System (DMS).
- Assist in consolidating and preparing monthly reports and arranging team meeting.
- To provide clerical support to the manager.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years experience in property management industry / human resources stream / office administration.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, good interpersonal, good team player and communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, cooperative, well-organized & self-motivated.
- Highly organized, initiative, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
