Key ResponsibilitiesHigh Touch Execution Account management, focusing on value add service to drive wallet share

Work closely with Research, Sales, ECM, Prime and Stock lending to deliver differentiated content and Investment opportunities
To achieve annual revenue targets set by the equity division management
To identify and develop business relationship/opportunities with clients and study their needs and requirements
Work within the Internal and external compliance requirements, highlighting issues to his management line
Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System and management reporting line real-time
Stay up to date with all internal training requirements as well and regulatory continuous education requirements (CPT)
Execute client orders on behalf of Senior Sales traders where particular attention or specialism is needed
Be the execution trader for ECM related crossings
Work with technology to help improve the platforms performance
Deliver the firm to clients through cross selling effort

QualificationsQualifications -

5-8 years of experience in a High Touch Sales trading role
Bachelors or Masters Degree
