- Hong Kong office : trading office
- Factories : Dongguan, Vietnam and Cambodia
- Overseas sales offices : France, Italy and USA
- Main market : Europe & US for fashion brands, optical brands and designer brands
- We are looking for Sales Coordinator – with details as follows :
- Over 1-2 years experience in eyewear or optical frame or related
- Experience in merchandising / order processing / client servicing / sales / marketing or equivalent
- Experience in servicing global fashion brands, eyewear brands or designer brands is a plus
- Knowledge in project coordination between factories & customers is a plus
- Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Provide professional service to assigned overseas clients and brands from US or Europe
- Handle projects with factory & customers
- Follow orders until shipment completed
- Handle customers enquiries and follow up
- Issue and follow up quotations
- Coordinate project development, prototype and delivery follow up
- No or very few trips is required
- 5 days work

- More than 3 years experience will be considered as Sales Executive (total 2 vacancies)
