- Plan, execute and follow-up after-sales activities directly with key clients
- Build, sustain and manage relationship with clients at all levels
- Lead regular meeting and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs in a timely manner
- Handle complaint cases and queries, divert cases to related functional teams, prepare service reports to clients accordingly
- Review and enhance the current operations to ensure operation runs smoothly
- Ensure constant clear communication with distributors, service partners as well as clients
- Degree holder with 3 years of experience in corporate account management, experience in logistics, 3PL, robotic automation is an advantage
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin, native in Cantonese
- Attention to details, strong planning and organizational skills
- Flexible and open-minded, capable to work with stakeholders independently
- High flexibility to suit overseas customers operation hours
