This role involves managing complex casualty and liability claims, with a primary focus on Commercial General Liability (CGL). Experience in handling Financial Lines claims will be considered a strong asset.You will be expected to:Manage end-to-end processes for complex casualty/liability claims, including CGL claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolutionExperience in Financial Line cases will be an assetConduct in-depth investigations to assess liability, policy coverage, and damages, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders, such as adjusters, legal experts, and third-party service providersReview and proactively conclude claims within established authority limits, ensuring settlements are achieved at optimal levelsOffer technical support to the team by advancing work simplification and automation initiativesComply with local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the claims process to ensure decisions are made according to the appropriate standardsProactively address inquiries from clients, colleagues, and business partners to ensure effective communication and resolutionWork closely with cross-functional teams to share insights, provide guidance, and ensure seamless service deliveryOther ad hoc support to the teamThe right fit person will have/be:2+ years of experience in Casualty / Liability claims handling, preferably with large and complex claims management skillPrior experience in handling Financial Lines claims is an advantageA Bachelor degree holder or abovePossession of professional qualifications such as ANZIIF (Senior) is preferredStrong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in both written and spoken English and ChineseSkillful in claims management systems and Microsoft Office applicationsA collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindsetEagerness to learn and adaptability to evolving business needCandidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Claims SpecialistImmediate availability will be an added advantageWe offer hybrid work and competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualification and experience.
