- Research for potential clients to build a database of leads.
- Provide impressive client onboarding journey and high-quality service and product information to customers to satisfy their changing financial needs.
- Interact with customers through various channels such as phone call, emails, live chat to address to customer enquiries on timely and accurate manner.
- Explore business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships by sharing our product training.
- Present up-to-date markets insights to our prestigious clients.
- Analyse the financial needs of a diverse range of customers from mass-market to high-net-worth segments, both locally and internationally.
- Perform in accordance with key performance metrics and contribute as a strong team player.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development for Forex/ Financial industry.
- Diploma/ High Diploma/ associate or bachelorโs Degree holder of business-related discipline.
- Fluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well understand China market will be an advantage.
- Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter and fast learner
- Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset.
- Fresh graduate can be considered as Trainee.
