Responsibilities:Monitor the reception counters and maintain clerical support to the daily operationsLead and coordinate the concierge service to provide service to residentsPrepare regular reportsQualifications:Form 5 graduation above academic qualificationAt least 1 year experience in customer servicesHolder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in reading and writing in Chinese and EnglishFamiliar with basic computer skills and MS office applications
