- Lead a procurement team to provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement services of all products & services to the Company
- Build strategic relationship with suppliers/vendors to drive cost saving initiatives
- Negotiate and manage Supply Agreements/Contracts for major/strategic purchases
- Review procurement policy and ensure the operations are in compliance
- Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Chain, Business or Finance
- Minimum of 15 years' working experience in procurement field, preferably in telecom and service industry
- Strong communication, negotiation skills and people management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management would be an advantage
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and report writing skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sr Manager
