- Collaborate with directors, senior consultants, and partners to support them in delivering high-quality work to clients. This includes conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing information to provide valuable insights that inform the consultants' recommendations and strategies.
- Perform data analytics using Excel modeling techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets. You will be able to draw meaningful conclusions and insights from data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Analyze survey data and client engagement metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations, working closely with directors, senior consultants, and partners to structure compelling and impactful presentations. Your attention to detail and ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages will be crucial in conveying the consultants' work effectively.
- Support directors, senior consultants, and partners in conducting client meetings and workshops. This may involve facilitating discussions, capturing key insights, and contributing to the development of solutions and action plans.
- Contribute to business development activities, such as proposal development, client presentations, and relationship building with potential clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, HR strategy, and related domains.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
