與總廚緊密合作，協助處理中央廚房餅房之日常運作
負責製作麵包/酥餅，按照指示和標準操作程序，確保達到公司要求
負責產品烘焙，按板及造型等工作
實行及遵守安全衛生守則，確保出品質素及生產過程之安全衛生

工作要求：

需具備最少1年相關經驗
工作態度積極及有責任心,，擁有團隊精神
細心、能獨立工作、有創意及對生產優質食品充滿熱情
良好的粵語和基本英語水平
可即時上班者將獲優先考慮

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to assist in the daily operation of the central kitchen bakery/branch
Responsible for making bread/shortbread, following instructions and SOPs, ensuring compliance with company requirements
Responsible for baking, pressing, molding& etc. jobs
Implement and abide by the safety and hygiene rules to ensure the quality of products and the safety and hygiene of the production process

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
Positive working attitude and sense of responsibility, with team spirit
Attentive, able to work independently, creative and passionate about producing quality food
Good command of Cantonese and basic English
IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
