Responsibilities:

Take lead to provide market analysis on target markets and products
Complete financial modelling and valuations on potential business deals
Prepare business/alliance decks for management’s evaluation and approval
Prepare internal business unit reports for business management and forecasting
Assist carrier business unit to evaluate potential business in target countries

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in strategy, corporate finance or valuation experience in a consulting firm and/or investment bank or major corporation
Solid experience in a strategic finance or corporate development position involving in TMT area
Outstanding academic record with record of professional achievement
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong record of leadership with exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English and Chinese, with other Asian languages strongly preferred
