- Provide technical expertise in supporting Security technology
- Assigned to complete technical tasks including Project implementation, Project documentation and Post-sales maintenance
- Perform daily system monitoring, helpdesk support and troubleshooting of Security solution
- Higher Diploma or above in Cybersecurity or IT related disciplines
- Strong knowledge and hand-on experience in security project
- Certification on Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point or Juniper is an advantage
- Good knowledge in Windows and Linux platform is highly preferred
