  • Assist all-around H.R. and admin. support to the department
  • Assist in handling ad hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above or related disciplines are preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above is preferred)
  • Less experience / Recent graduate is also welcome
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
2) Purchasing ClerkDuties:
  • Daily email communication
  • Provide all-round clerical support to the department
  • Assist with follow-up orders
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above is preferred)
  • Less experienced / Recent graduates are also welcome
