
Technical Project Manager (ICT & CRM Systems) - HKD 100K

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for ICT and CRM system implementations and migrations.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the rollout of new systems and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards.
- Handle and resolve daily IT issues and service requests.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Conduct training and workshops for end-users on new systems and features.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on CRM and ICT systems.
- Proven experience in system migration and implementation projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
