- Conduct quality assurance testing on business processes across APAC, namely onboarding, periodic review and triggering event review to ensure compliance with internal policies
- Review and summarise QA results in a clear and concise manner
- Assist on the preparation of QA reporting materials
- Work with various business stakeholders on remediation implementation
- Support ad-hoc thematic reviews and senior QA leads on project work
- Bachelor degree
- 2 years of experience in quality assurance testing, compliance monitoring, audit or consulting, ideally with exposure in private banking
- Good attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset
- Strong sense of risk and control
- Solid data and Excel skills
- Knowledge of KYC documentation, CIP requirements, account structures of various complexity and private banking regulatory requirements
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
