- be responsible for the APAC region marketing initiatives in Global Research.
- lead and work closely with a team of cross-functional specialists across marketing, multimedia editors, technology, data, analytics, events, and design, to craft and execute marketing campaigns that promote complex financial products to internal stakeholders and our large client base.
- take ownership of cross-channel marketing for specific parts of our overall Global Research offering and manage its execution from beginning to end, including project management, marketing asset creation, technical delivery, while coordinating with internal stakeholders, core team members and other ad hoc resources.
- with a deeply data-driven mindset, measure and monitor all campaigns and be eager to drive constant improvement through experimentation and innovative ideas.
- dive deep into the technical requirements and implications of the marketing work by collaborating closely with the technology team, constantly learning and finding new opportunities. Look at opportunities with AI to enhance the work we do.
- run and project manage external survey campaigns that we participate in
- effectively and proactively collaborate and manage people across various groups to ensure successful outcomes.
UBS RecruitingYour teamYou will be a part of the Global Research Marketing team, a key part of the Global Research platform team, in Hong Kong, collaborating with team members in New York and London. You will be responsible in managing four resources in region. Our team drives and implements marketing initiatives for our research and its data offering. Our marketing efforts increase client awareness and drive engagements of our analysts, strategists and economists, and the content they produce, as well as position UBS Research as differentiated from competitors.Your expertise
- minimum of 8+ years of experience; in digital marketing, and/or the financial services industry is helpful.
- University degree. Understanding of financial data products recommended (not required)
- strong project & process management skills with meticulous attention to detail, efficient and organized.
- demonstrable success with global initiatives, handling multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- top-notch Excel and PowerPoint skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- strong presence with the ability to persuade and quickly gain the trust of senior leaders.
- experience with multimedia mediums to promote content.
- highly motivated, resilient, flexible and have a can-do attitude; a self-starter and team player comfortable working with ambiguity; excited to work with diverse groups and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
