- Support and achieving ACUVUE brand, business growth targets and play a critical role in driving contact lens penetration with wearer recruitment
- Plan and implement end-to-end consumer journey from appealing category selling story to all consumer communication touchpoints including instore, media, CRM and trade partnership
- Own ACUVUE (sub-brands) communication, pricing, promotion and ensure successful new product launches to fulfill consumer needs and drive brand growth
- Discover category growth drivers, consumer insights and new business opportunities to shape the category
- Work closely with professional education team and sales team to have deep understanding in retail environment and support in customer development and brand recommendation
- Partner with Regional Marketing Team and HK leadership team to drive innovation and deliver business goals
- Handle A&P with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and pay-out analyses
- Initiate and apply market research and data analytic to deliver insights and develop insights to practical plan
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's sales and marketing programs and strive for continuously improvement
- Own marketing copy clearance processes to ensure all internal and external communications are followed with compliance
- Lead 3rd party agencies to deliver business goals
- Act as project leader to support organizational and department growth
- A Bachler Degree
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in brand marketing or media planning
- MNC experience is a plus
- Excellence in presentation, communication and influencing skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
