- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including pick and pack processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and required documentation.
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, performing regular cycle counts, and coordinating with procurement and production teams to meet customer demands.
- Maintain organized and optimized warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage, retrieval, and movement of goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, customer service, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of orders.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and software to track shipments, update inventory records, and generate reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or warehouse operations in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns related to order fulfillment and logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role within the logistics or distribution industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
