- Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales on international e-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTVmall, Lazada, proprietary eShop) to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new sales channels and strategic partnerships to expand market reach and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Manage seamless operations across platforms, ensuring excellent customer experience through inventory, logistics, and content updates.
- Support digital marketing strategies across channels like Google, Meta, and Social to drive sales growth.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Participate in ad hoc projects to support business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of e-commerce experience in managing international platforms and marketplaces (e.g., HKTVmall, Lazada).
- Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding teams to deliver successful promotional campaigns.
- A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience with cross-border e-commerce platforms is a plus.
