ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing and implementing innovative visual merchandising display which align with the brand identity and seasonal campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.This position requires a keen eye for design, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Lead and mentoring a team of visual merchandisers, provide guidance and support to ensure the project execution can goes smoothly.Implementing all visual merchandising guidelines and functionsManage and monitor special projects such as store openings, event setup, pop-up stores etc.Prepare monthly reportSource and coordinate with vendors on props production, seasonal installation, lightbox installation, etc.Planning on budget allocation and projects schedule, to ensure all project can be done within budget and on schedule.Overnight works will be needed to ensure the outcome can meet the standard.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Design / Visual Merchandising / Related studiesAt least 8 years in visual merchandising field with fashion/ luxury retail experienceProficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, O365Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independentlyGood communication & interpersonal skillsFamiliar with the production process and with materials knowledgeAble to work under pressure and a tight scheduleProficient in both written and spoken English and ChineseWe offer a competitive remuneration package and good prospects to the right candidates.
