- Review and interpret financial information submitted by subsidiaries accounting team;
- Supervise accounting teams in the Group companies;
- Analyze financial and operation data and produce management report to senior management;
- Prepare and handle annual statutory audit and tax filing;
- Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements;
- Formulate internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks;
- Support ad-hoc projects including merger and acquisition.
- Certified Public Accountant is a must
- Bachelor degree holder in finance, business administration, accounting or other relevant disciplines
- Property Experience is a must
- At least 8 years' experience in audit, financial and management reporting
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Good English and Mandarin
