We are seeking high-caliber candidates to join our Yau Tsim Mong District Health Centre to play a vital part in the successful delivery of our professional services.DescriptionsRef : DHC
  • Plan, monitor, and support the IT infrastructure and systems of the District Health Centre to ensure stable and reliable operation-covering networking, servers, firewalls, communication devices, user endpoints, online portal, membership system, website, and more;
  • Analyze service requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions;
  • Prepare cost estimates and procurement documentation for IT systems; liaise with contractors and oversee high-quality performance;
  • Establish and maintain inventories of hardware, software, system information, and accounts to manage IT assets effectively;
  • Develop a Business Contingency Plan for IT system backups and ensure compliance with reporting procedures to governance bodies;
  • Establish and maintain IT Security Policies and Guidelines to ensure alignment with the Personal Data Protection Policy;
  • Create user guides and manuals for IT systems, and deliver user training sessions.
Entry Requirements :
  • A recognized degree in Information Technology or an equivalent discipline;
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification IT experience, including a minimum of 2 years in system and network support and maintenance services;
  • Applicants with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Officer;
  • Past working experience in government, social services, or the medical sector is an advantage.
All candidates of the above post should possess the following abilities :
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel ,and Teams;
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.
