You will be crucial in supporting the development of dashboards, creating data aggregated layers, and implementing stored procedures to facilitate efficient data analysis and reporting.In addition to your data management responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our data platform and Customer Data Platform (CDP), actively participating in different project stages. This will include collecting requirements, creating use cases, and preparing comprehensive technical documentation such as business requirements, data dictionaries, and Statements of Work (SOW). You will also be responsible for monitoring project timelines, conducting thorough deliverables testing, and ensuring successful project outcomes.You will take charge of managing vendors involved in various technical projects, including system enhancements, application development, and backend improvements. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and developers, you will skillfully translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Given the dynamic nature of the role, we require a candidate with a strong background in data management, technical documentation, and vendor management. Moreover, your ability to navigate seamlessly between the business and technical realms will be essential for success in this position.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a Data Engineer or Business Analyst or similar role, preferably with experience in the property industry
  • Strong programming skills in SQL & Python
  • In-depth knowledge in ETL/ELT, data pipeline, data modelling and data warehouse
  • Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and disciplined with project scheduling
  • Strong project management skills, well organized, attention to detail and ability to work independently, and a good team player mindset
  • Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in writing
