- Work as a team internally in planning marketing campaigns to maximize potential sales opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with clients to explore and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across diverse business lines
- Meet with potential clients in a professional manner and engage with them to understand their needs, providing them with innovative solutions
- Understand marketing needs, in-person meetings, and networking to identify potential business accounts, present sales pitch materials, and complete the sales cycle
- Follow-up sales lead and achieve sales targets by approaching potential customers with enthusiasm and determination
- Provide professional mentorship and coaching to junior business development staff to help them develop and excel in their roles
- Coordinate with product and marketing departments to review, develop and link business opportunities
- Products include: Pension, Employee Benefits, Group medical for Corporate clients
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Holder of insurance and MPFA license is a plus
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills to embrace fast learning, pioneering and be able to work independently and act as a good team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of employee benefits and pension is a plus
- Relevant industrial experience is a plus
