- Diploma in Engineer
- 8 years in QA in Hardgoods / Home decoration / kitchenware / Household / Indoor furniture / DIY Tools in trading or buying office
- Working to improve the supplier quality system in relation to quality or safety
- Developing new policy for new requirement
- Contact with laboratory about test reports
- Communicate with requirement any requirement regarding safety and quality for destination country
- Verify documents, samples for ensuring that item is in compliance with relevant requirements
- Follow up any claim e.g. product recall from our client
- Product development & factory system improvement, production improvement
