The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, as well as a deep understanding of reporting and data platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and shaping our compliance data platform. You will have the opportunity to participate in building the world's leading compliant crypto exchange.What You'll Be Doing:Responsible for the product design and execution of the industry-leading compliance data platform.Work closely with stakeholders, including compliance and legal teams, to ensure that our product meets all regulatory requirements and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring product requirements to market.Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.What We Look For In You:Solid years of experience in product design and management, with a focus on data platforms, reporting tools, and internal dashboards.Strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Bachelor's or above degree.Proven track record of successfully data platform projects from conception to delivery, with a focus on scalability and data integrity.Nice to HavesDeep understanding of the crypto industry and regulatory compliance, including experience with license regulatory reporting, is a plus.Mandarin Bilingual.#LI-NN1#LI-ONSITE
