Operate the licensing process for individual agent including new registration, renewal, cancellation, CPD for all regulators (HKIA & MPFA)
Validate recruitment package offers and check application completeness
Review assessment form & income calculations for organic recruits prepared by teammate
Support in visa application for new recruits and visa renewal of existing agents
Handle recruitment related enquiries from agency and explaining contractual documents to agents/agency leaders
Co-ordinate with counterparties (Distribution, Finance and Agency) to ensure accurate system record keeping and bonus payment arrangement
Assist in preparing bilingual contractual documents
Review and update bilingual agency manuals & guideline
Assist in preparing presentation materials for supervisor
Train the recruitment managers to use the e-application
Assist supervisors to streamline workflows/process by providing recommendations to improve job efficiency and accuracy
Perform tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Degree or above in any field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in financial institution with relevant experience in agency registration/ contracting/ recruitment function/ agency administration, and administrative support to distribution channels is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Good communication and presentation skills
