- Perform receptionist duties, including guest greetings, answering incoming calls and couriers & postage arrangement
- Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties, including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and ordering of stationery and miscellaneous supplies
- Arrange and coordinate travelling matters of business trips for all levels of staff, including transportation and accommodation
- Coordinate with outsourced IT service providers including creation of email addresses, server/network access rights and related matters
- Assist to perform HR administrative duties
- Manage employee attendance records and leave record.
- Assist in organizing company’s activities and arranging seasonal festive gifts
- Handle filing, copying records and other ad-hoc tasks / projects as required
- Form 5 / DSE standard or above
- Minimum 1-2 years solid administrative / clerical experience with exposure in handling receptionist duties
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
- Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
