Responsibilities :
  • Perform receptionist duties, including guest greetings, answering incoming calls and couriers & postage arrangement
  • Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties, including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and ordering of stationery and miscellaneous supplies
  • Arrange and coordinate travelling matters of business trips for all levels of staff, including transportation and accommodation
  • Coordinate with outsourced IT service providers including creation of email addresses, server/network access rights and related matters
  • Assist to perform HR administrative duties
  • Manage employee attendance records and leave record.
  • Assist in organizing company’s activities and arranging seasonal festive gifts
  • Handle filing, copying records and other ad-hoc tasks / projects as required
Requirements :
  • Form 5 / DSE standard or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years solid administrative / clerical experience with exposure in handling receptionist duties
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
