- Develop and maintain strategic alliances with business partners to expand brand awareness, customer database and sales through dynamic and tactical promotions/ activities;
- Promote CRM campaign and activities to strengthen customer’s relation and loyalty as well as enrich total customer shopping experience;
- Reach out to prospect and business partners to expend brand awareness and implement marketing strategic to suit the needs of the HK/ Macau travel market;
- Provide budget forecast on all marketing expenses on a job basis, ensure all activities is accompanied by a pre and post initiative report with clear ROI measurements in place;
- Provide detailed marketing expense estimation and KPI on each marketing promotion for getting management approval.
- Develop and drive integrated marketing strategy for the brand and execute the strategic marketing plan once approved by Director
- Manage in developing, modifying and executing functional/ business unit processes which affect business functional
- Develop and analyze sales data for comprehensive market report to support and benchmark promotion decision and activities
- Overall responsible for cost forecasting, ensure control and yield for each activities undertaken
- Ensure all activity is accompanied by a pre and post initiative report with clear ROI measurements in place
- Secure profitable partnerships and develop potential partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic alliances with business partners to expand the Company’s brand awareness and/or increase revenue through dynamic promotions, publicity/PR programmes
- Support all external stakeholders negotiation, management and execution to ensure optimal shopping experiences for the customers
- Drive marketing activities to strengthen customer’s relation and loyalty to enrich total customer shopping experience
- Oversee and communicate with Operations team for all function related to corporate promotions activities internal and external cooperation
- Oversee overall planning, development and execution of advertising & PR strategies to promote The Shilla - Beauty&You to target consumers.
- Stakeholders negotiation, management and execution to ensure optimal shopping experiences for the customers
- Work with Visual Merchandising department to ensure promotion message is well communicated and organized through optimal visual displays and graphics in store
- Work with Digital Marketing team for online to offline promotion to drive conversion rate in shop
- The ideal candidate has a natural commercial attitude, and is highly motivated and results oriented.
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience and 5 years in managerial role in marketing, preferably in a Beauty, Fashion, FMCG or travel retail environment. With B2B marketing experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal & team-working skills and presentation skills. Customer oriented.
- Business acumen and operations Knowledge within the Retail Industry and/or the Loyalty
- Proven strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience working with a wide range of external providers, stakeholders and managing agencies and external partners
- Loyalty / CRM / Data experience is ideal but not a must
- Good project and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skill in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Open to innovation and contemporary approach to managing various customer profiles
- Able to work under pressure
