- Research and develop on predictive models, machine learning models and algorithm
- Manage the whole development process, from ideation to research to POC to deployment to model evaluation
- Understand the business operation and research on new and applicable technologies
- Present the data insights to non-technical business users with visualisation or reports
- Drive the data culture within the company and coach the team on data projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or any relevant discipline. Master's or PhD is highly preferred.
- 5+ year's experience in Machine Learning model development
- Team management experience
- Proficiency in R or Python as programming languages
- Experience in data visualisation and BI tools, including Tableau, Power BI
- Strong analytically mindset and proactive personality
- Good command of English and Chinese
