- 5 days per week including Sunday & public holiday
- 07:30 – 15:30 / 15:15 – 23:30 / 23:15 – 07:30 / (or designated by customer), 8 hour & 15 min per day
- Provide 7x24 Data Centre operation support, system / network monitoring, fine tuning, administration, reporting and other tasks required by Customer
- Certificate in Computer / IT or related discipline MCP or related Prof. Cert.
- 2-3 years IT support or DC support experiences
