Lead the team to be responsible for the whole plant operation including Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, EHS, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facility, Warehouse operation, manpower planning and organizational development to meet company objective and cost effectivness etc.
Drive the highest production capacity planning from pre and post production planning at factory
Acting as a key contact point for both internal and external for HK and USA factory and be responsible for the overall P&L for operation profitability.
Drive operation excellence for margin improvement; Seek opportunities to reduce costs.
Monitor production performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Redesign and streamline existing production and supply chain work flow to increase the competitiveness of company
Oversee the production planning and scheduling processes to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization
Assist in overviewing the QA team to meet corporate standard
Develop and implement KPIs to monitor performance and cost efficiency of factory production
Handle ad-hoc projects
Candidate with less experience will be considered as "Senior Project Manager(Production and Procurement)”

Job Requirements

At least 10 years relevant experience in Manufacturing
Experience in pharmaceutical or health supplement production will be an advantage
Degree in Engineering, Production, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Good knowledge of factory operation, PMC and material sourcing
Hands on person and strong in leadership as factory leader
Independent with strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of speaking and writing English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Work location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
