- Prepare written and statistical membership reports
- Provide direction to the team on handling enquires/cases that fall within grey areas lacking specific policies
- Address members’ complaints promptly
- Organize various events including interviews, Annual General Meeting, Extraordinary General Meeting of the Club
- Oversee the Membership Team's daily operations
- Process new Member applications/resignations/changes of particulars
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining the accurate database of the Club
- Provide service training for the Membership Team
- Supervise Membership Team
- Report to Chief Administrative Officer
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
- Degree holder in Public Relations / Communications / Journalism / Related discipline
- Over 5 years relevant working experience / 2 years or above in a senior PR/Marketing/administrative position.
- Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word and Chinese processing
- Excellent writing, communication and service skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Membership Manager
