- Team Leadership: Directly supervise and motivate the front desk, fitness, and beauty teams, fostering a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Member Experience: Ensure an exceptional level of customer service for all members, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day club operations, including opening/closing procedures, facility maintenance, inventory, and payroll administration.
- Sales & Retention: Support membership sales initiatives and develop strategies to enhance member retention and engagement.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold and enforce all club policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols across all departments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, ambition, and a strong desire to build a career in club management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for the fitness and wellness industry.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a supervisory or team lead role in a customer-centric business (e.g., retail, hospitality, restaurant).
- A strong track record of leading teams, managing daily operations, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly learn new industries and apply proven management techniques.
- Excellent organizational and people management skills.
- A degree is not required for candidates with robust and relevant experience.
