Location: Tsim Sha TsuiPosition Type: Full-TimeWorking hours: Shift duties are required (Early Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / Late Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)Holidays: 6 days off per month, statutory holidaysOverview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Club Supervisor to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of our club. This role is perfect for a natural leader who is passionate about the fitness and beauty industry and excels in customer service and team management.We value talent and potential. We will consider strong candidates with a bachelor's degree and a proven aptitude for leadership, even without direct industry experience. We equally encourage applications from experienced supervisors from other client-facing industries (e.g., hospitality, retail) who are ready to apply their skills in a new, exciting environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Directly supervise and motivate the front desk, fitness, and beauty teams, fostering a positive, high-performance work environment.
  • Member Experience: Ensure an exceptional level of customer service for all members, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day club operations, including opening/closing procedures, facility maintenance, inventory, and payroll administration.
  • Sales & Retention: Support membership sales initiatives and develop strategies to enhance member retention and engagement.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold and enforce all club policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols across all departments.
Qualifications We're Looking For:We welcome candidates who meet one of the following profiles:Pathway 1: Supervisor Trainee
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, ambition, and a strong desire to build a career in club management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for the fitness and wellness industry.
Pathway 2: Club Supervisor
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in a supervisory or team lead role in a customer-centric business (e.g., retail, hospitality, restaurant).
  • A strong track record of leading teams, managing daily operations, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to quickly learn new industries and apply proven management techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and people management skills.
  • A degree is not required for candidates with robust and relevant experience.
