Identify legal compliance risks and propose solutions.參與處理重大合同、交易協定、保密協議、合作協議等法律檔的起草、評審、修改等工作。Participate in drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents such as major contracts, transaction agreements, confidentiality agreements, and cooperation agreements.對訴訟案件提供建議，需要時與外部法律顧問和大律師進行溝通和跟進。Provide advice on litigation cases and communicate with external legal advisors and barristers when necessary.收集企業業務相關的法律、法規等資料，為企業總部及各子公司提供法律和合規支援和諮詢。Collect legal and regulatory information relevant to business operations and provide legal and compliance support and consultation to the corporate headquarters and subsidiaries.參與起草法律專案報批資料。Participate in drafting legal project approval documents.參與法律事務管理，包括但不限於合同管理、案件糾紛管理、外聘律師管理、知識產權管理、授權委託書管理等。Assist in legal affairs management, including but not limited to contract management, dispute resolution management, external lawyer management, intellectual property management, and authorization management.完成交辦的其他任務。Complete assigned ad-hoc tasks.相關要求：Requirements:大學畢業，法律或相關專業。Degree holder in Legal or related discipline.5年以上法律相關工作經驗。Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in legal field.熟悉中港兩地法務知識。Familiarity with legal knowledge in both Mainland China and Hong Kong.流利廣東話、普通話和英語。Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
