為老闆提供全方位的秘書支援 (包括: 管理日程、電郵、旅遊行程及會議安排...等等)Assist office admin tasks (supplies, files, correspondence, office maintenance)
協助負責辦公室行政事務(物資管理、檔案整理、通信、辦公室維護)Follow up HR duties (on boarding, employee records, payroll system, arrange interview )
跟進人力資源職務(新員工入職、員工記錄管理、操作計糧系統,安排面試)Maintain a professional and efficient office environment
維持專業高效的辦公室環境Requirements:Diploma or above in Business OR HR
持有文憑在商業或人力資源相關課程為佳4 - 6 years+ experience in secreatry working experience ( Stable background is an advnatage)
4 - 6 年以上 秘書 工作經驗 (穩定的工作背景為佳)Native in Cantonese / General conversation in English & Mandarin
流利的廣東話 / 基本的英語及國語溝通能力Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & typing skills
熟悉Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、Outlook)及打字技能Organized, proactive, and professional
有條理、主動、專業Short notice or Immediate is an advantage
