SENIOR MANAGER, APPLICATION, DYNAMICS AX & .NETResponsibilities:
  • Leadership & People Management:
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of application developers, analysts, and engineers.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and support career growth.
  • Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and project staffing.
  • Application Development & Management:
  • Provide technical leadership and governance for Dynamics AX (D365 Finance & Operations a plus), .NET applications, and database systems (MySQL & MSSQL).
  • Drive the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of critical business applications=
  • Data & Analytics:
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize Power Automate to streamline business processes and automate workflows.
  • Infrastructure Oversight:
  • Provide occasional oversight and technical guidance to the Infrastructure team.
  • Collaborate on the management, performance, and security of Windows Server environments.
  • Assist in planning infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Ensure alignment between application needs and infrastructure capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Current Manager-Level Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a people management role (Manager or equivalent) leading technical teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX (essential).
  • .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET).
  • Relational databases (MySQL and/or MSSQL).
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI & Power Automate).
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Working knowledge of Windows Server environments (AD, virtualization, security). Experience overseeing infrastructure teams is a strong plus.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
