Main Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of support to corporate bank clients, to respond to clients’ request for information and problem solution across Transaction Banking products, including e-banking channels and cash management products;
To deliver excellent and one stop service to clients, from CMS products introduction, implementation arrangement as well as post sale support to clients;
Work closely with Transaction Banking Sales teams and Coverage teams to provide a positive client experience that ensure client loyalty and revenue retention and growth;
To coordinate amongst internal stakeholders to ensure all clients’ service requests to be responded in a timely, accurate and client friendly manner;
To undertake ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Written & spoken Business Japanese
Degree holder with working experience in banking or customer services, we welcome fresh graduate.
Client focused and willing to go beyond the expectations;
Self-motivated and willing to learn with a can-do attitude;
Good communication, customer support and problem solving skills;
Proficiency in both of English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
Comfortable with technology and MS Office applications.
