- Formulate and implement strategies for building up the brand, increase brand awareness through integrated marketing solutions
- Pilot different marketing teams in developing execution plans and implementing marketing activities to achieve the business goals and sales target through tactical promotion, joint promotion, CRM and loyalty programs for customer acquisition and customer retention
- Cooperate with inter-departments in new product and counter launch
- Overall management of the brand, including the profit & loss of the brand
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 4 years Solid experience in the field of cosmetic / skin care / beauty/ advertising or PR agencies / FMCG with 2 years in managerial position
- Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player
- Experience in brand management of retail industry is preferable
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
