Manager, Corporate Compliance

• Manage the corporate compliance team
• Provide sound and practical advice to the business units and distribution channels in relation to data privacy, outsourcing and FATCA/CRS
• Communicate / train staff and distributors on the regulatory and ethical standards of data privacy and FATCA/CRS
• Handle and Investigate complaints related to data privacy
• Manage the monitoring of the outsourcing activities according to the Insurance Authority’s Guideline and Group Standard
• Perform compliance testing as the second line of defence, mainly on data privacy and other key risk compliance risk areas
• Play an advisory role for supporting the digital platform (Emma by AXA)
• Participate at regulatory project and provide advisory from compliance perspective

• University graduate
• 8-10 years’ experience in compliance of insurance industry
• Sound knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong training and audit skills
• Has confidence and maturity to communicate and deal with regulators, management, internal customers (operation, distribution channels and marketing, etc.), and AXA Group/Asia Compliance team
• Good management skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent results
• Self-starter
