- Provide team & project leadership for implementation & maintenance of customer mobile/IT system.
- Create, manage and coordinate all project plans for the Solutions Deployment Team.
- Track the deliverables and output from the team.
- Manage the onsite deployment team & technical hotline and ensure the team to meet the service level.
- Manage vendors and service providers.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and to consistently meet commitments and deadlines.
- Manage resource planning, allocation, cost control
- Ensure the project milestones/deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required quality standard
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent in IT related disciplines
- With at least 8 years of telecom experience with 3 years in supervisory level
- Holder of professional certifications such as MCSE,ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 certified Practitioner will be an advantage
- Good in analytical skills
- Good leadership and coordination skills to manage the project team
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
