Inspect guest rooms and public areas etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
At least 2 years' working experience in the supervisory level in Housekeeping Department
Sound knowledge in the use of all kinds of cleaning chemicals and equipments
Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills
Able to perform administrative tasks and knowledge of MS Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
