Handle all aspects of the procurement process;
Gather purchasing requirements on hardware, software license and services from internal users;
Liaise with vendor for price negotiation, terms, lead time etc;
Follow up purchase orders, delivery arrangement and cost management;
Manage and evaluate performance of vendors;
Prepare executive reports;
Prepare statistical data using ms excel formula and macros.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing, Logistics, Business or related discipline;
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Procurement;
Good writing skills (both Chinese & English);
Good knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing;
Sensitive in numbers and good in calculation;
