- Assist the marketing department in developing and implementing a comprehensive PR strategy aimed at generating positive press coverage, increasing awareness, and driving sales.
- Support the department head in planning and executing a global press strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities and secure favorable coverage through features, news stories, and product placement across various media channels, enhancing editorial content related to our product offerings.
- Manage day-to-day activities of Asia & Europe agencies, providing support, guidance, and keeping them informed about brand PR initiatives
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, fashion press, and represent the business at key industry events.
- Support the marketing department in organizing and executing press presentations for new collections and seasonal press events.
- Assist in planning and executing diverse marketing and PR campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive guidelines for events and special projects that effectively convey a cohesive brand message.
- Plan and oversee global events for significant brand moments, ensuring alignment with local markets and maximizing returns based on predefined objectives.
- Recommend appropriate experiential events and messaging aligned with corporate strategies.
- Collaborate with local markets and vendors to coordinate event execution within set schedules and budgets.
- Work closely with local PR agencies to ensure consistent and effective implementation of the global communication strategy at the local level.
- Monitor and control the Marketing & PR budget while tracking local budgets.
- Ensure seamless coordination of various initiatives in accordance with the product introductions calendar.
- Degree holder or above in Marketing or related disciplines.
- 4+ years of PR experience in PR agency background, fashion , luxury or lifestyle
- Have established relationships with publishers and Editors-in-chief, ideally in Asia, Europe & US
- Strong knowledge of Asia, USA & Europe Press, relationships with global influencers, celebrities and celebrities stylists/agents preferred
- Flexible to travel are needed
- Proficient in English is a must, Asian language is a adventage
