VP- Remittance & project initiatives

• Manage and oversight project, collaborating with relevant parties and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in digital transformation, continuous operation operation optimization and enhance processes, streamlines workflows.
• Oversee and manage cash management daily operations, including cross-border and domicile payment processing, account documentation processing, and reconciliation to ensure optimal cash positions and efficient operations;
• Review update the internal procedure to / and comply with regulatory requirements
• Manage the ad-hoc project (i.e. ISO20022 project) of operation
• Participate in digital transformation, continuous operation optimization and improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights, industry best practices
• Assist the superiors in accomplishing the Dept./Section’s overall duties, control
• Monitor the strategic plans & continuous operation activities

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience of remittance and back office operation in Bank
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project Management experience
• Excellent Japanese, fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong PC skill e.g. MS Words, Excel & Powerpoint, etc
