Sr Retail Manager/Head of Retail (Luxury Fashion)

• Lead a team of Store Managers in the daily operation of the shops, including planning & implementation of shops operation, staff management, merchandise, visual merchandising as well as maintaining a high standard of brand standard
• Develop and implement effective retail strategies and programs to improve overall productivity, profitability and brand image
• Drive people analytics & transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency by optimising resource utilisation, enhancing productivity through the refinement of SOP
• Identify the training needs of employees, define training programs, and oversee their implementation, consistently with the training standards of the Brand.

• Education in related discipline
• A minimum of 9 years' experience in a managerial role within luxury retail
• Proven track record of managing sales and operations
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
